Expertise
INOV Constructions B.V. distinguishes itself because of the extensive knowledge and experience that’s within the company. This is shown through development of own specialized equipment, the knowledge and experience on the use of new materials, like refractory and refractory insulating bricks, ceramic and biosoluble fibre products, etc.
We have our own fixed team of very experienced workers, who all have a long experience in the industry and with refractory constructions. Our employees have had various specific trainings in working with refractory insulating materials. Our knowledge and expertise is often consulted for advise, support and inspection.

Flexibility & Service
Our expertise is often asked for maintenance and (difficult) repair work. If possible, we can do hot work repairs, without taking the installation out of operation. INOV Constructions B.V. has built up an excellent reputation on its flexibility and service. Because of our specialized knowledge and expertise we are able to provide quick and adequate support in most situations.

Safety
Our employees are used to execute their work within extreme high temperatures. This is often necessary when it is required that installations stay in operation. We have established a ‘Crash-Team’ that is specialized to execute a various range of work while installations are still in use. This ‘Crash-Team’ is specifically trained for this work and they are held to the strict safety regulations as required by INOV Constructions B.V.
